Love these two!! Great story and hot love scenes.perfect in my book. That he secretly lusted after Rand, Charlotte's brother, and vice versa, pumped up the tension between these two until Rand made his move. Stefan's relationship with Charlotte was touching and funny and I loved the way she was so acccepting of who he was with no conditions. I loved Rand and Stefan and what started out as an intense dislike really masked a sizzling attraction that was so much more. I love to read hot male gay romance and found just that here.

I'm not sure why authors find the need to make one of the characters that way with a lot of corny dialog. I find too many m/m romance to be to girlie for me. This was my first book by Mary Calmes and I was pleasantly surprised how much I loved it. Stefan's in for the surprise of his life as he finds himself in danger as well. But their budding romance is threatened when Stefan's business deal goes wrong: the owner of the last ranch he needs to secure for the company is murdered. Though leery of the unexpected feelings, Stefan is swayed by a sincere revelation from Rand, and he decides to give Rand a chance.

Stefan and Rand have been mortal enemies since the day they met, so Stefan is shocked when a temporary cease-fire sees the usual hostility replaced by instant chemistry. Worst of all, he's thrown for a loop when he arrives to see the one man Charlotte promised wouldn't be there: her brother, Rand Holloway. Not only does he have to go to Texas in the middle of summer to be the man of honor in his best friend Charlotte's wedding, but he's expected to negotiate a million-dollar business deal at the same time.
